The presentation will show you the capabilities and qualifications to implement and successfully drive a performance management culture. You will discover the ability to measure metrics across your organization, create scorecards to present those metrics, and link scorecards to overarching corporate objectives to accurately depict organizational performance. The reporting and dashboard capabilities will be outlined that are delivered as part of the PMM/PMF core product as well as examples for manufacturing, healthcare, human resources and IT performance management.
